Family & pet-friendly condo. Located in a gated community located on the West End of Mexico Beach, Waterside Village Condo 109's private balcony offers admirable views of the gorgeous, zero-entry community pool and hot tub, which sits on the bank of the canal and neighboring cottage-style houses.
The stylish living room has an inviting sofa right in front of a flat screen TV with cable; so, kick your feet up or enjoy movie night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. Or, if you are in the mood for a refreshing time, the outdoor features of Waterside Village add just the right touch to make any vacation laid back and enjoyable. Around the pool are lounging chairs, outdoor dining space, park side grills, and boardwalks.
Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen! It has everything you need to prepare tasty meals and snacks for the group, including a brand-new refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The duo Keurig/Regular coffee maker is a nice addition, especially for coffee enthusiasts. The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are four extra stools at the breakfast bar. You can also conveniently wash your swimsuits in the private laundry room tucked behind a door!
The main bedroom enjoys partial canal views and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity. Hang clothes and store luggage in the master bedroom walk-in closet, which is equipped with a pack-n-play and highchair for your convenience. The guest bedroom has two sets of twin sized bunk beds, smart TV, and closet. There is another full bathroom in the hallway
The beach is just a short walk away. Grab the wagon and walk down one-block for a day at the beach with two provided beach chairs, then come back up to let the kids play in the pool while grilling hamburgers for an evening cookout.
This unit was gutted and professionally remediated, has been COMPLETELY REBUILT from top to bottom after the storm with new EVERYTHING! New wiring, plumbing, flooring, painting, windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, etc.
Mexico Beach truly lives up to its name. Seven miles of pristine sugar-soft sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are among the finest in the United States. Sheltered by the long arm of the St. Joseph Peninsula, Mexico Beach is known as "the surf with no undertow". The whole family can swim, wade, snorkel, find that special seashell, or just let the white sand squeak underfoot. When you are in Mexico Beach, you are always within walking distance of the beach. Fish from our community pier or surf cast the emerald green shoreline. Try an offshore charter fishing trip and let one of our local Captains whisk you to prime fishing spots just minutes from shore on one of the many MBARA reef systems.

- Bunk Bed Rules: Minimum age for top bunks - 6 years; maximum weight on top bunks - 150 lbs; must use ladder to access top bunk; only 1 person at a time on top bunk
- A rental agreement must be signed after booking
- Pet Rules: One small dog friendly up to 25 lbs (no Pit or Rottweiler breeds per HOA)
- No limitations on the number of parking spaces. No boat or jet ski trailers allowed in parking lot; boat day docking is available at Waterside Village, with boat parking and ramps located 1/2 mile away at Mexico Beach boat ramp.
Don't forget to bring
- While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
