Summary: The management is unprofessional The first couple of days were ok buffet Style breakfast. After that food was ration To one plate per guest. Stayed for 6nights on Sep302024 when we asked for Clean sheets manager said is not possible and And to Take my business somewhere else. Also water was reduced to 2hrs in the morning 2hrs in the evening. They offered a discount when we said how can you clean a bathroom without water.. very unsanitary way of cleaning. Felt so bad for ladies working there.

Summary: My stay at One Hotel was pleasing. The room and view was nice, so was the food. The hotel is in a good area. I had a problem with the laundry service. It would help to speak Spanish.
