Summary: Property was fantastic, a brilliant size for 2 adults & our medium sized dog. Hard floors made life easy & we all loved the underfloor heating that heated the property very well. There is also a lovely quality woodburner that we didn't really use due to allergies, but there was plenty of kindling wood & firelighters. The bathroom is great, a wet room with a modern shower & plenty of room. The kitchen is compact but had everything that we needed, including a small dishwasher, which was great. The lounge area was comfortable with a small TV, we took our Amazon firestick that we plugged into it to stream what we wanted, the wifi was stable with great signal, so no problems doing this. Parking was close to the cottage, convenient for unloading/loading. There is a small outside area with seating, although the weather/time of year meant we didn't use this. We have a nervous dog, which meant we needed somewhere quiet, we got exactly what we needed & had uninterrupted sleep , perfect! Marion was a lovely host, she was due to come & meet us, but she understood that this would unsettle our dog, instead we had her mobile number and she kept in touch with us that way instead. She was sensitive & understanding of our needs, which was greatly appreciated. Queries regarding the property & arrival were answered quickly, really lovely & supportive. We had minced pies & milk to welcome us, with a lovely caddy of tea & instant coffee, which was really thoughtful. We'd definitely stay again!

Summary: The location of this property is stunning set in the Bedgebury Park Est The cottage Is ample for two with lovely views across paddocks. My only down was the bed needs a new mattress as it dips so not very comfortable kitchen was well equipped and clean bit dusty on other surfaces

Summary: We had a lovely few nights in this lovely cottage. The facilities are great, all that you need is provided and it’s in a very pretty, quiet area. We took our dog so was perfect as the forest is at the edge or the property . The village pubs and restaurants that we visited were also dog friendly and there are lovely places to visit nearby. It was so nice going out early in the morning and coming back to just relax outside taking in the lovely views and wildlife. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful, they showed us the garden of theIr nearby b&b which was also beautiful...we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to anyone .

Summary: This simple, tasteful, perfect cottage contained everything we needed without the 'tat' that often fills properties like this. Nice original pine doors and cupboards, comfortable twin beds, terracotta tiled floors with underfloor heating, logburner, large rainfall shower, washing machine. All the equipment in the kitchen to cook anything, even a mini dishwasher! Marion and Geoff are next door if you require anything. They run a B&B as well if you want pampering! A short walk into the pinetum (national collection of pine trees) at Bedgebury. Will definitely stay again. (I didn't understand the property description because my computer cut off the final words but the cottage is as pictured with en-suite large shower room and then she also has in another building an en-suite family room with B&B so if you were a group you could stay there all together.

Summary: We stayed just for a night but wished we had longer there, lovely little cottage in a stunning location surrounded by fields and beautiful countryside. Marion was really helpful and made us feel at home Will definitely visit again!
