Positive: The perfect combination of price and quality. Excellent location, a 7-10-minute walk from the bus station and train station. The house is one stop (12 minutes) from the train station in the regional city of Nitra. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The key is in a lockbox. There is a smoking area outside. The owners are open to communication, very caring, attentive, and willing to help. We had a very early check-out, and the landlord, Lubomir, helped us arrive at the bus station in neighboring Nitra on time. The owners speak Slovak, English, Spanish, and Russian, which made communication very easy.

Negative: For us, this isn't a drawback, but simply a this is a special nuance: the kitchen area is very compact and you have to wash dishes in the sink in the shower.

Summary: Next time we come to Nitra we will definitely stay in this house.

Positive: The shower is spacious.

Negative: The kitchen is just a cabinet in the hallway with two hobs on top. There's no sink. The only sink on the property was the bathroom sink, where you also wash your dishes. The draining rack is above the toilet. It's not convenient and certainly not hygienic. The accommodation is an annexe to the host's property. I messaged the host to borrow a lid for a saucepan as none of the pans had a lid. The host knocked on the door, said, 'here is the lid' and handed me the lid. He didn't say hi, introduce himself or ask if everything is ok. The plastic table cloth was rather greasy. I was surprised to find the freezing compartment of the fridge stuffed full of meat. In general, more effort could be made to improve this property by adding a kitchenette with a sink and a dose of friendliness.

Positive: The hosts were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and the pool was an added bonus. The flat was very clean and comfortable. I would defintely stop here again.. I can not give them better praise than that.
