Positive: Amazing location, stunning views. Beautiful garden with perfect climbing tree for kids. Firepit. 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space for a few families. Dog friendly
Negative: All the bedrooms are separate buildings..great for a group of adults or families with older children. Tricky if you have young kids as only 1 set of adults can be under the same roof as the kids, unless an adult sleeps in the bunk room with the kids. Bunk room connects to 1 of the rooms with a double bed. The other 2 rooms with double beds are in a different section of the house. The property was clean but needs a deep clean - windowsills, under beds and furniture etc.

Positive: Incredible location and a beautifully decorated home. Direct beach access, a wonderful backyard, well-stocked games and entertainment. Everything you could want.
Negative: As you might expect, the bunk bedroom doesn't offer the most comfortable sleep.
Summary: Brilliant location, beautiful home. Incredibly hard to beat.

Positive: You really couldn't get a better location! The home was beautiful and the living area opening up into the backyard meant our whole family could feel altogether while doing various activities (playing on the lawn, reading in the hammock, cooking, play board games etc). The view is stunning and the short walk to the dog friendly beach was wonderful. The outdoor bath was also an added bonus! The home has everything you could need for a trip away, with books, indoor and outdoor games, kids paints and more. The host is also very responsive and communicative. The gas bottles for the BBQ were empty on our arrival but after a quick message to the host, she had a new one dropped off within a few hours.
Negative: Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't quite up to scratch as a few other reviews have mentioned. While it seems to get the basic clean/tidy between stays (bathrooms were clean and smelt fresh, freshly washed linen, fresh bin bags, vacuumed floors), it is need of a deeper clean. There was an old bandaid and dead cockroach upstairs under the desk attached to the wall, in the bunk rooms parts of the walls were dirty, some towels were a bit stained, the fridge interior and kitchen cupboard doors needed a more thorough wipe down / clean as well as the fly screens and venetian blinds. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also empty in the bunk room bathroom. Most of these things we attended to ourselves (e.g., moving the laundry shampoo etc. to the bunk room as we had 8 people sleeping up there, wiping down the fridge, only using the clean towels). However, this is not something we would expect to have to do when paying for a holiday home. We were also unable to get the BBQ working after the gas bottle was replaced however the host told us she will have this fixed.
Summary: Would be a 10/10 stay once cleanliness is attended to. Location+size of home great for families/dogs

Positive: Location was perfect. Fully enclosed for the dogs and direct access to the beach. I could sit in the backyard and look at the scenery for hours. Very relaxing and the dogs had the best time also. Also loved the fire pit.
Negative: The property is a little dated especially the bathrooms and could be cleaner. The room with the bunk beds was not well ventilated and even when there were 3 fans it was very stuffy in that room.
