Summary: Pros The property was very clean. Nice back porch sitting area on a warm afternoon Good lighting and everything is up to date I found that the owner communicated well, gave good directions. She provided fine China to use, and only a specific amount(the rest was locked in a cabinet so you couldnt get to it). Its a small 2 br town house. Location is great if you're interested in being close to the university. Cons (some are personal preference) It seems silly to offer a 2 br condo for rent but then tell you that each extra person(beyond 1) is $20 extra per night. The beds were spacious but not my style (I like soft and fluffy, this was a firm mattress). I share that just so people know what type of bed is there. Sitting furniture seemed more for show than comfort. If you wanted to watch something, it would be short lived (hard furniture with thin cushions). Most other rentals I've stayed in had easy access kitchen items for every day use. Ie extra plates, silverware, coffee maker, toaster. I appreciated the minimalist style, but needs a little more creature comforts. I would entertain in the future if some of these were added.
