Summary: Nicely renovated home that provided good space and comfortable living while we were attending graduation. Communication with host was great and we had clear instructions for check in and check out. Location was quiet but easy access to campus. Overall, great stay.

Summary: I chose this location due to the convenience of being close to the event hosting area. I was not disappointed with the location. Everything you need is close to you and if you are planning on attending The Mid South 2025 I suggest you book this place. Pam was a great host and very accommodating.

Summary: What a cute little house!! Very newly renovated and decorated. The owner was friendly & great with communication even when there was a typo in the email "keys" info. House was very comfortable and it was a prime location for events on campus. The only drawback is one restroom for the house, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: I stayed here with my family in the summer time and loved every minute of it. The house has a historic charm with modern styling and updating that preserves the character while making the place seem nice and new. Close to campus, shops and restaurants. We also walked to the local Library for a farmer's market on the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!
