The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need along with a great gas range. And did we mention the bathroom has two shower heads? It’s a dream!

Summary: This place was on point. It was clean, it had everything you needed for overnight stays. It was private and the Hot Tub was clean and perfect. A little hiccup with opening gate and getting code but the response time was fast and professional. This place deserves 4 stars and more. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: My son and I stayed at this amazing "oasis" while he participated in a football camp at AT&T stadium. We couldn't wait to return here after practices to relax and enjoy the awesome pool! The host was quick to reply with any questions I had and wow - the guest house was super! If we are ever in the Dallas area again, this will be our place to stay!

Summary: The private pool house/guest house with the private pool was amazing. This property is cute as can be and there is a privacy fence around the entire thing so you can enjoy and relax without worry. The guest house is very nice, one big open room with a very nice kitchen, king bed, recliner and sleeper sofa, and has a laundry room and nice bathroom. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or even a week getaway this place is perfect. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Summary: We had an amazing time for my 25th birthday weekend! We were able to comfortable celebrate with 16 people! Daisy even heated the pool for us so we could swim and not get too cold. Definitely would recommend.

Summary: Daisy's place is great! She has thought of EVERYTHING you might need from toiletries to pool toy! Sunscreen & bug spray to laundry soap and ALL the beach towels you'll need! We will definitely stay again during warmer weather to enjoy the pool! Very cozy, small town vibes yet still close enough to drive or uber to Dallas to have fun. A good find💫

Summary: Absolutely adorable and private was the Ferris cottage. Private swimming pool with spa and yard with grill, picnic table, chairs and loungers. The cottage was beautifully done with beamed ceilings, new crisp white kitchen with island, laundry room, and bathroom with artful shower. And snacks! Everything was anticipated, provided, and well thought out. I stayed for almost two weeks and was very comfortable. Daisy, the host, let me know she was available if I needed anything, but gave me total privacy for my stay. Perfect. The cottage is tucked away but close to downtown Ferris with some cute local shops and restaurants. Easy fwy access, and grocery etc. shopping nearby. The cottage would be an excellent weekend getaway from the Metroplex, but is also very comfortable for longer terms. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
