Onetangi Luxury home is a beautifully appointed, breath-taking entertainer with a collection of connected inspirational spaces.
From the indoor-outdoor feel to the living areas, the house is cleverly separated by a series of corridors, providing distinct wings. The collection of spaces, provides four season living with ease and flair. Electric blinds, a gas fireplace and heat pumps add warmth to the rooms in wintertime. Working with nature, the house follows the contour of the ridgeline, sitting amongst trees, ensuring maximum light and views.
The three level sleeping wing of the house is separated from the living and entertaining area by an infinity lap pool. An inviting glass hallway leads to the heart of the home. The large open plan kitchen/dining and living room opens on both sides. On the ocean side, the large glass doors open to a sun deck amongst the tree tops, overlooking Onetangi beach. The other side opens to a flat grassy back yard, pool deck and fenced swimming pool - fantastic for children. The kitchen has a scullery behind it, and plenty of room for catering purposes. At the far end of the house is the laundry, a cloakroom & a tranquil second living room, also opening onto the large deck.
In the sleeping wing, the main bedroom (with walk in wardrobe and ensuite) encapsulates the entire top floor. Floor to ceiling glass on two walls provide magnificent views of the bay and Onetangi beach. The room is a relaxing and quiet hideaway. There are also a further 4 bedrooms, all beautifully furnished & with spectacular views.
Enjoy a BBQ on the deck graced with breathtaking views of Onetangi Beach, Pie Melon Bay, native bush and the surrounding countryside. This is the ultimate in elegant yet laidback Waiheke Island accommodation.
Each stay incurs a $450 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Summary: This was one of the most beautiful stays I've ever booked! I loved the indoor/outdoor living, the pool, the sounds of the birds, the decor, the layout, and nearly everything else. It was so spacious and truly rejuvenated us.

Summary: What an amazing place to stay at. Beautiful views with 2 living spaces and large penthouse master bedroom. We stayed in winter so couldn't enjoy the pool and outdoor lounge area but would be lovely in the warmer month's. Loved the music room space and atmosphere to enjoy the scenery. A bit limited on the range of kitchen pantry items so best to take yours if youre planning to cook, for which the kitchen and spacious butlers pantry are well equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Summary: Views to die for, especially in the master room, it feels like you're floating. Definitely take the time to enioy this home during your stay in Waiheke. Nice to be met by the property managers for a quick tour upon arrival.

Summary: Very nice house, modern, great views however, the pool looked like a swamp and although we were promised a fix that never happened. The fireplace did not work and the power to half the house would trip and turn off if the wrong light switch we flicked. Not the best at night in a large house with stairs if you cannot see where you are going. Also, property manager was good until bringing this.to their attention after our stay which has now been met with radio silence. For the price there may be better options on the island

Summary: This property was fabulous for a family birthday. 9 of us aged from 20 to 85!! Suited us all perfectly. Had to have an unexpected extra night and the host were very understanding.

Summary: I booked a trip for my parents 60th Birthday celebration and their 33rd wedding anniversary - and the house made the trip special. It is beautiful - views from almost every room, spacious, great amenities and a luxurious pool - what else could you ask for. Management were super friendly as well, through the booking process and on site. I look forward to hiring this house again.

Summary: I booked it for my wife’s 30th birthday . With friends and family for two nights . It was stunning . And it catered for all of us , clean perfect bedding and space , bathrooms , kitchen facilities was perfect and enough for us all to enjoy eating at different times . Communication was great, easy access to pool and safety measures was intact for the property. We get it was safe for children . Overall a fantastic stay , wish we stayed longer .. and my wife had a wondferful birthday that she will never forget
