Summary: I will be honest. I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport, had a pool and hot tub and a restaurant and bar. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, bar and security were absolutely the nicest people you could meet and interact with. I never felt out of place or judged and that’s a welcome change. I gave it an average rating for two reasons or else it would have gotten five stars. First was elevators (especially the first one) have minds of their own and would go down and then up and then sometimes not open to the floor you want. Or not come at all. While that is minor it was an inconvenience. And the biggest issues and once I was able to get a hold of maintenance it was fixed was for 5 days there is a leak coming from an unknown source in the bathroom of room 809. And the floor would be wet with clear and sometimes not clear liquid. Causing me and my friend to use a lot of bug towels to keep the flow away from the carpet and toilet. I know they are low on staffing so didn’t want to cause trouble and as I stated once maintenance heard he fixed it and ordered us fresh towels. Other than that the food was great. The happy hour deal from 4pm to 7pm is the best your find anywhere with lots of drinks and food deals . The wings, calamari and the Parmesan truffle fries are a must. I have friends in the area and if I visited again I would stay for the price, food and the staff.

Summary: ALL was well, younger associates could use a little more hospitality training, was surprised that the breakfast was not free Continental, was surprised that parking was $5 a night, the pool was a little greasy like urine was in it needs a little more attention daily probably.

Summary: Went to a concert at the Toyota Arena and walked from the hotel, so convenient, close by and amazing prices. Room service is great and front desk plus service people super friendly. Definitely going back.
