Positive: The staff are really nice and welcoming. There are some inner activities like table tennis and karaoke. The public bath is nice. The hotel's backyard is nice with a beautiful view of the lake. Parking is free. There are plenty of vending machines.

Negative: The curtains were dirty, the windows were dirty. The walls in the hallway are damaged and not repaired. The food was ok but very basic. The floor at the food area was really dirty and not cleaned at all, I hope the kitchen is cleaned properly.

Positive: The staff was friendly and accomodating. Yukatas were available for free and amenities as well. Room was spacious.

Negative: The room smelled like they just smoked in it even though it was a non smoking room, the curtains were heavily stained and the onsen was very average. The buffet offer was good, but the restaurant was just an big open space (like a food court) so it was very loud.

Summary: Pleasant stay, but the facilities felt old
