Summary: Clean, bright and easy to access. Close and walkable to everything- very open. It is on the second floor and bedrooms on the third floor. We were surprised by the additional half bath and nice workout space on the second floor.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Walkable to everything that downtown Portland has to offer. Kitchen was very well appointed and the beds and linens were super comfy! Great restaurants right in the area and a nice deli/convenience store right across the street. The steps getting up to the condo are a bit steep, but other than that awesome unit. We had a great stay and can't wait to visit Portland again!

Summary: A few of my friends and I came to Portland for a girls weekend and I could not be happier with our choice in accomodations. The condo is even more impressive than the pictures show and we had plenty of space for the 5 of us. An added bonus that I wasn’t expecting was the second bathroom! There is a half bathroom on the first floor and full bathroom on the second floor. Shipyard brewery is right around the corner from the condo as well as many other bars and restaurants. The location was perfect to walk to all our destinations. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in Portland!

Summary: This apartment is pretty sweet. Comfy beds, well stocked with essential items, nice porch, overall a very nice apartment. But! I do have some minor grievances. Sliding barn doors on tracks are awful, especially on bathrooms! There's no privacy (you can see in and people can hear you!) The apartment slept 5 comfortably, but really only had a seating inside for 3 people (a 3 person couch or 3 barstools) and some other smaller, somewhat uncomfortable seats. Definitely not ideal for a few people hanging around the house. The TV was pretty tiny all things considered. Again, really just annoyances more than anything, definitely not deal breakers! The worst was the parking. On street parking around the apartment was very limited in terms of where and when you could park. Most spots were 1 hour or less, and the street in front of the apartment is only for 15 minutes! Really a hassle if you plan on having and using a car to see some of the country. I 100% would stay here again, but wouldn't plan on being in the apartment with more than 2 couples.

Summary: Condo is open and lovely. Location is very covenient to much of Portland. All bedrooms and bathrooms have the sliding doors which decreases privacy if yor are traveling with a group but is workable. All of the bedrooms also have no privacy as the windows and/or doors have open windows. Wasn’t an issue for us. FYI: unlimited parking on Mountfort Street all day which is intersects with Federal. Also the first ten car spots on Federal where intersects with Mountfort are unlimited parking. The entrance and the entry stairwell do not give a great first impression but the condo really is lovely.
