It is delivered with bedding, a hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel) and coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

At the closest garden access to the apartment, you can access the Opera building of the City of Arts and Sciences and the Skatepark. A few minutes' walk away, you can access Gulliver, a monumental 70-metre sculpture that can be accessed through ramps, slides and stairs, and which represents the moment when Gulliver arrives in the land of Lilliput and is tied up by the Lilliputians. The figure is made to such a scale that visitors resemble the inhabitants of Lilliput when they walked on the body of the character created by Jonathan Swift.
