Complex Update: The beach and pool are now available to guests! Please know that while the beach ramp is fully complete, there is a cone in front of it because it's not yet ADA compliant. They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away.

Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. The oceanfront primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular oceanfront views. The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains one queen bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with an adjoining full bathroom.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

Summary: Property was nice and clean. The condo we stayed in was very nice with nice furniture, the beds were a little more firm than we prefer but still good. Pool was open, cleaned daily but other guests were getting in the pool after being at the beach regardless of the signs posted stating to rinse off in the outdoor showers first. I recommend this property to other travelers.

Summary: We had a great stay here for our family vacation with young kids! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. It was so nice that they had a few beach gear items available for us to use. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, too.There was a small issue with one of the beds when we arrived, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and had it fixed the very next day—no further problems after that. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were kind and helpful throughout our stay.The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, and being right across the street from a Dollar General made grabbing any quick essentials super convenient. Overall, it was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the beach!

Summary: This place was incredible! Stayed with my son, 2 of his friends, my nephew and brother for almost a week. We attended the Rockville show at the Daytona speedway and this place was great. The bedrooms were large, beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The kitchen was spacious, plenty of plates, pots, pans, just everything you need was there. A nice balcony to sit outside, the waves crashing against the shore sent the most peaceful sounds throughout the room, the sun rising over the horizon (simply beautiful!). Place has a great pool and hot tub, seconds from the beach itself which was also amazing. Easy entry, garbage shoot for a few doors down, parking was easy too. What was even better is that there's supermarkets in walking distance, a beach shop, diner, and plenty of places to play golf. Honestly, if I had to say something negative, the only thing I can think of is that the kitchen faucet ran very slow. Made washing dishes a bit longer than normal. I will honestly try to book this place every year for when Rockville is scheduled. I loved it, will return, and will most definitely recommend this place.
