Negative: The air conditioning did not adequately reach the bedroom. Since the weather was quite warm to hot over the 3 days of our stay, the need for air conditioning in the bedroom was acutely felt. A separate small air conditioning unit for the bedroom or a box fan in the bedroom would have allowed cooler air from the living area to easily circulate in the bedroom.

Positive: Amazing location, the cabin is on a wilderness estate, quite secluded and quiet. Beautiful view and loads of stars. Easy drive to Dungog. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Lots of wildlife especially birds which the kids loved seeing in the deck. Main bed very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. DVDs and board games.
Negative: Very patchy mobile reception which was nice for us but not ideal if you need it, no WiFi.

Positive: Stunning location beautiful wildlife and birds, the cabin was very well situated, equipped and roomy.
Negative: The lounge was SO uncomfortable it was just horrible to sit we opted to sit on the kitchen chairs at the table most the time which was frustrating for watching a movie Saturday night. We were NOT informed upon booking that the c reverse cycle aircon in our cabin was not working at all. There was a note on our table letting us know. The Bodywash dispenser in bathroom was completely empty. Bedroom light didn't work properly we couldnt use it at all it was making an electrical shorting out sound at the switch on the wall and flickering continuously. The cabin next to us was empty the entire time but we were not offered to move there.
