Positive: Location, pool, general comfort and quietness. Unit was large and well laid out (have stayed at OBV several times in past). Kitchen and living are large and comfortable.
Negative: The refrigerator leaks if door not securely closed. On arrival, floor and top shelf in fridge were covered with water from leakage. Had and still have issue on reservation ... listing showed as pet friendly - made reservation, paid (not refundable) and advised my two service animals would be with me. No further communication until Saturday and got a call from VACASA advising I was not "charged for my dogs" ... I advised they were service dogs but did not argue. They wanted $232 (no detail or explanation on how charged) - I paid and simply choose not to risk doing anything with VACASA property again. I would not have booked a non-refundable property had I anticipated an issue with my dogs!
Summary: Great Location and good facilities/accomadatons.

Positive: It’s a quiet place to get rest
Negative: The furniture is worn out. It wasn’t very clean. The floors and bed linens were dirty. Bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. Knob to cabinet fell off. The microwave stop working the second day. Had to buy a coffee pot they only offered a Keurig. We left the coffee pot behind for future clients. Internet stopped working after one day and never came back on. A big set back is the master bedroom bathroom door. It was frustrating and difficult trying to open and close. The pool is small also.
Summary: Thrift store special with overlooked potentials.
