Summary: First night: Our room had several issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the room was freezing throughout the night. Additionally, the toilet flush had problems. Second night: Our room was changed, and we appreciated that. Overall experience: • The hotel was extremely crowded, with lines everywhere. It took around 15 minutes to get the main course, and the food options remained the same throughout our stay. Getting meals took almost 30 minutes. • The pools were dirty and not well-maintained, which was unhealthy. • On a positive note, the seaside was amazing, and the shows were quite enjoyable. • Unfortunately, the bars were not clean. • The tea and coffee machines were of poor quality, and the selection of non-alcoholic drinks was very limited.

Summary: Amazing staff, nice hotell but very big so you cant find relax if that you want. Guesta from all the world with different background, culture and class. You will enjoy the hotell, but gests are not so respektfull. It is not the hotell problem. If you want to relax and get a hugh class vacation it is not this for you, becasue of guests chaos.
