Summary: Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The hotel has good amenities - pool, play areas etc. however, encountered a few issues too: - After confirming that the hotel will have all facilities working, we were told children’s playroom is closed on one of the days during our stay. - the pictures posted online are only for their renovated rooms - so travellers beware. Most of the rooms are still dated and look like an old inn. Nothing like in pictures. They are comfortable for stay but can kill the vibe when you enter as you are expecting a modern renovated room. - most of the staff were generally fine but there was one particulat “Amee” who was generally rude and didnt seem to care about her job. It was not worth arguing with a person who is likely in the wrong industry for work.

Summary: We came to celebrate my grandson birthday at SeaWorld. The staff was friendly and informative. The complex was clean and comfortable. Everything you need in kitchen is there. We loved it. We will be back again.
