This modern island cabin is perched on high bank waterfront and is ideal for a small family or couple to enjoy. The home is within walking distance to the amenities of Rosario Resort, which include dining, pool, outdoor space, kayak tours, whale watching, and trail access to Moran State Park. The large deck has a table and chairs to help you complete your grilling festivities during those beautiful island days. After moving inside you will first notice floor to ceiling windows that showcase areal views of the waters of East Sound. An open living room is complete with propane fireplace and flat screen TV. The TV is connected to streaming Direct TV and has Netflix, Hulu and HBO ready for use. The opposite side of the great room is a dining room table with four comfortable chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to create your island meals.
As you enter the master bedroom you will first notice the copper ceiling panels which frame in a skylight that is above a king size bed. What a beautiful spot to star gaze! The shared hall bath features a tub shower combo. The low loft area is perfect for kids to enjoy. There are two single beds on a soft carpeted floor. Before you enter the half, loft area there is a sitting room with love seat couch that is great for reading. The love seat can be pulled out to make a third single bed. Throughout the home you will notice stunning local island art and furniture.
The home faces the west and with the high bank waterfront and large deck you are sure to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Orcas island has to offer.

Summary: Very comfortable and well maintained house. Great views of the sound and nature (even a bald eagle hanging out 100 feet away). Loved the location as it was a quick trip to East Sound (great food) and Mt Constitution.

Summary: This was everything we hoped it would be! The white bedding on the comfortable beds with sane comfortable pillows are amazing! Stick with white! The deck was clean enough to lay on and watch the sky and listen to the birds. A short drive to the market good coffee and even the farmers market soon! Get a tea pot in there, thats my only suggestion.Maybe its there and we are blind. What a sweet, dreamy, cozy spot Thank you!

Summary: House was ok - the windows were super dirty though, which was a shame because the view is spectacular. Deck was dirty, covered in pollen and dust, so couldn’t spend much time out there. We were super disappointed in the town as a whole because nothing was open! Restaurants and shops are still closed Mon-Thur, which was when we were there. Assumed that since it was spring break, that more would be open. As a result, we had to have most of our meals at the house. Spent lots of money to just sit and watch Netflix all week! 🙁

Summary: We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home with a gorgeous waterfront view from both the outdoor deck and indoor family room. A very comfortable and modern home that was very well appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities necessary for cooking meals. The hosts were very helpful and provided excellent communications that helped make it an easy place to find, stay, and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed the natural beauty of Orcas Island, and the tranquility of our accommodation. We hope to return someday soon.
