Minutes walk to the Falls and Niagara river, Fallsview Casino/ OLG Stage, the Convention Centre and an array of clubs and shops. There are grocery, beer and liquor stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops all located within 3 minute driving distance. There is a walking/biking trail the entire length of the upper and lower river, approximately 35km - 5 minute drive away. We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood close enough to the excitement but far enough away for the relaxation! We have just finished a complete renovation/update of the house and we look forward to welcoming our guests.

Summary: Two night stay at Orchard Cottage to visit Niagara Falls en route to Toronto. Great location just a 15 minute walk to the Falls. House exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy check in and good communication. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The house is very cute and was very clean. Two bedrooms upstairs: one with one bed, a larger one with two beds. Living room is cozy and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked and good for cooking. Basement bedroom has one bed and is very cute. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Place was a bit smaller than I had expected but was still great for the 4 of us that stayed 4 nights. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was great he got back to me very quickly. Location was nice and quiet and it’s easy to get to the falls nearby. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed to cook when we wanted too.

Summary: This cottage was super clean and cute and perfect for our girls' trip to Niagara Falls. Could be walkable to the Falls but we did drive. Backyard was really nice. Amazing veggie plants and beautiful flowers. Nice table and chairs on back porch. Just a note that the steps to go to the basement are narrow so not for elderly, but fine for our group. Very important was the neighborhood was very nice and safe! Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This house was small but exceptionally clean! This would be the perfect house for 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids! It is close to all the sights but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The backyard is private and great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
