Summary: The property and location is excellent, ocean front and reasonable. The problem is that "sorgasm" floating islands of seaweed covers the beaches for months of the year and tourists don't know it and then can't use the beach at all.

Summary: Excellent friendly staff with a great location for what we wanted, which was quite and safe. Too many good food options, views were great. Nothing we can do about seaweed though, which they did tell us about before we booked.

Summary: The hotel is on the beach with a beautiful view of the water and an almost constant breeze. Everything is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I will stay here again when we return to Saint Martin.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nice big rooms and a balcony. It was very comfortable. All room face the ocean. Some rooms have better views than others. Our room was excellent.
