Summary: First a room with baby bed and sofa made to a bed, then a handicapped room. Was not in a mood for a fight, but that combined with not hearing one sorry or apology was not even worth three stars.

Summary: Nice comfortable hotel, newely renewed and in the city centre with rooftop pool and sauna and good buffe breakfast until 12 at least the sunday we stayed. Rooms in very good condition, new nd clean but as in all europe, a bit small.
