Perfect for families or groups, this custom 3BR/2BA home features a shared heated pool, BBQ, patio, open kitchen/living, king ensuite with desk, and bunk room. Just minutes from South Padre Island, enjoy bayfront calm with beachside fun nearby. No smoking, no pets.
YOUR SPACE:
This spacious unit includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The king primary suite offers an executive desk, smart TV, and ensuite with walk-in closet. The queen room includes a second desk and closet. The bunk room has 4 beds, dressers, and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms have modern fixtures and walk-in showers. Full-size washer/dryer in unit. The kitchen has quartz counters, travertine backsplash, stainless appliances, and seating at the island or vintage dining area. The living space features cedar beams, leather seating, and a 65" smart TV.
THE PROPERTY:
Orion A is part of a private triplex. You’ll have full private access to your unit, but the pool and outdoor spaces are shared with Orion B (2BR) and C (1BR). Contact us to rent all three for large groups.
INDOOR AMENITIES:
Includes linens, towels, bath products, cookware, and a drip coffee maker. High-speed WiFi (2 networks), Nest AC system, and remote-controlled fans in every room.
Note: Tap water may have a salty taste. Two bottles of water provided—consider bringing more.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Enjoy sunsets from the patio, grill your catch at the charcoal BBQ (tools included), and rinse off at outdoor showers before relaxing at the poolside lounge!

PARKING, ENTRY, & SECURITY:
You will have 2 designated spots in front of the house on the gravel driveway (left side), plus street parking in front. **Driveway has a small curb—please approach slowly! Smart locks with unique codes provided at check-in. Exterior cameras monitor entry and parking areas.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood next to a park, perfect for relaxation away from the party scene. Grocery stores are just 1 mile away, the historic lighthouse and downtown shops are just a couple blocks away, and it's just 2 minutes to restaurants and 7 minutes to South Padre Island. There is also a free shuttle to the beach available. Port Isabel offers a peaceful coastal vibe with quick access to SPI and is ideal for fishing, boating, birdwatching, and viewing SpaceX launches.
THINGS TO DO:
Surf, fish, ride go-karts, zip-line, mini-golf, horseback ride, visit waterparks, enjoy tacos and margaritas, cruise at sunset, and soak up the sand!
