It has a patio screened deck with tiled porch and outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are , 55" Smart Flat Screen TV Roku with wifi access. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more. NO CABLE
