Positive: The hotel was clean and provided very good facilities. The choice of food was always excellent. Breakfast was very good. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and it was easy to engage in good conversation regardless of any language barriers we had. We stayed in a luxury suite with our own jacuzzi in the room and had access to a private pool just for guests staying in the luxury suites. This pool had its own bar for hot and cold drinks and plenty of sun loungers and was much more calm and relaxing than the main pool, so it was nice to have the option to swim and lounge here when wanting to relax away from the busy areas of the hotel. The balcony was a very good size with a full sofa set to lounge on. The gym was very good and had all the equipment we needed. The views from the gym were beautiful. The hotel offers free access to the water park for guests. This is a great day out. There is a shuttle service provided to get to the water park and beach.
Negative: the wifi was great on the balcony and in the main lobby area of the hotel but would stop working outside of these areas. The shuttle service only runs in the morning and comes back late afternoon. There was no iron available in the room and the hotel couldn’t provide one unless we used the laundry service. But these were all minor issues and didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable.
Summary: Amazing ultra all inclusive stay in the luxury suites. Attentive staff, good food, great facilities.

Positive: All staff were amazing. We had gone for husbands 40th. They gave us a lovely cake and drinks as welcome for him and great room. We tried the spa several times, was welcoming and fabulous. Hair dressers and barbers wete lovely and friendly and couldn't help enough. Food was good and had variety and on going snacks through the day. Was out of the way but no problem with transport. Well recommended and we will return

Positive: Room is clean. Breakfast, lunch, dinner were amazing however lacked of Turkish food. We're in Turkey but hardly any Turkey dishes apart from Baklava.
Negative: It is far from the beach. I don't like that there is only one shuttle bus per day to and fro, and if the shuttle bus is full, you have to take the taxi. There should be a FREE shuttle bus to take guests to nearby shopping market.
Summary: Clean, nice meals, wish there is frequent free shuttle services to the beach and shopping places

Positive: The staff is the absolute highlight of this hotel. They’re very kind and attentive and really try to help you. The location and the views are nice. The buffets are rich and fresh. Depending on which room you stay, it may be very nice. I stayed on the ‘luxury’ block and it was very nice and spacious. Not sure I chose it purposefully though.
Negative: The elevators didn’t work most of the time we were there. For a resort that is built on steep hills, I find this unacceptable. In all fairness they offered a ride with the car and change of room, but this doesn’t make the problem go away. when it works, it’s slow and holds 4 people only so I can’t imagine how it would be in peak season. If you’re older or have mobility challenges I’d recommend you to think twice. The other major problem was the wifi- it is unreliable. Finally while I stayed in a ‘luxury’ room, my parents stayed in a regular room and the difference is massive. Their room was pretty small, difficult to access and the AC was very loud.
Summary: The essential infrastructure should be fixed to match the efforts of the fantastic staff!
