Villa Kalhada is situated in the pretty hillside area of Ovacik, and has an amazing view of Mt. Babadag and also uninterrupted views of the Mendos hills. The villa offers privacy and plenty of space. It has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The furnishings and decor are to a high standard, with full air conditioning. There is a covered verandah with comfortable seating which overlooks the private pool and garden area.
A welcome pack is provided for each group of guests.
If your stay is 2 weeks or longer, the villa will be cleaned once a week and all bed linen and towels will be changed. We provide bathroom, pool and beach towels.
The pool is cleaned daily. If your stay is April/May or end September/October we can heat the pool for you for an additional charge.
Villa Description
Ground floor - is an open plan area where there is a stylish lounge with a very comfortable corner sofa, large wall mounted TV, which has a full package of tv channels including all sports, movie and children's. WiFi is also included. There is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances and equipment. There is a bathroom and a utility room.. The pool, sun terraces and garden can be accessed directly via a door in the lounge area.
First floor - Stairs to the first floor lead to three double bedrooms. Two of them offer access to private balconies and share a family bathroom. The master bedroom incorporates its own en suite.
Second floor - The second floor includes a suite which has twin beds. This comes with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. It has its own en suite shower and access to a roof terrace.
Exterior
The garden includes a traditional Turkish Kosk, which is a covered soft seating area, as well as sunbeds around the pool. There is comfortable seating on the terrace which overlooks the pool. A heater will ensure that you will be able to enjoy a swim during the cooler months. A built in gas bbq within easy reach of the kitchen is ideal for al fresco dining in the warm summer months.
The terraced garden includes mature shrubs and trees
The pool is at the front of the property where it is screened from surrounding homes.

Summary: The villa was clean and spacious. Travelled with family and friends. A very large outside area with plenty of seating in different areas and a bbq.The hosts were quick to answer any queries and very friendly. Overall we loved this villa and thought it great value for money. Air con all through out the villa and if you wanted a bit of down time out of the sun or at night there was a large tv in living room with a smart box where you could literally watch any tv show or film which was good for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. It was very chilled and taxi button straight outside if you want a taxi into hisaranou or ovacik itself which was about a 15 minute walk to where the restaurants are. There is also a small supermarket literally round the corner as well. We were very happy with the villa and would highly recommend it.

Summary: This was perhaps our 8th or 9th stay in various places in Turkey and I would say that Oludeniz is amongst the best. The villa is in a quiet location but at the same time there are supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk and bus stops to both Fetiyeh and the beach. Also lovely forested hills for walks a couple of streets away. Villa is in very good condition, well maintained and very well equipped. It is very professionally managed by Karon and Bill who really looked after us during our stay. The mid stay linen change and clean was really welcomed as was the daily (unobtrusive) attendance by the caretaker who maintained the pool and the grounds. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Summary: Had an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Kalhada. Exactly as advertised. Was a little concerned at first due to road noise but after 24 hours we hardly noticed it at all and would not put us off booking again, already looking at 2024. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers powerful and the pool was so warm we asked to have it turned down!!! Communication with Karon and Bill was excellent and it was lovely to meet them both Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa and hope to see you again next year x

Summary: Amazing villa - hosts were welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. Lots of good advice from Karon and Bill. Location of villa is good. Nice quiet area but not too far from the center of Fethiye or Olu Deniz. Very satisfied with it all.

Summary: We had the best time staying at this villa Karon and Bill were so lovely could not of asked for more. They helped us arrange out transfers and they were great too. The villa has it all its absolutely beautiful spacious and in a perfect location for everything. We were really sad to leave and will 100% be coming back and staying here.

Summary: Nice well kept villa in a quiet area with great pool and lots of outdoor space to relax. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and even a BBQ. Handy for taxi or bus into town or the beach with local supermarket and places to eat nearby. Karon and Bill were great hosts!

Summary: A group of 3 couples stayed here, Villa is spacious, clean & well equipped with plentiful outside seating areas. The location was great, with taxi button outside, very well situated between all required towns. Landlord met us, showed us in & was on hand for anything needed, whether Villa related or local knowledge 👍👍 would def recommend

Summary: Just back from a 2 week holiday to turkey , we stayed at villa Kalhada , its in an excellent location , the villa is great , the photos don’t do it justice , it is well looked after and maintained and any problems that you have ( there won’t be many, if any at all )Karon was always available to answer any questions , even sorting out the transfers for us before we arrived ,I have stayed in a few villas over the years but none can match up to this , we will definitely stay at this villa again .
