Positive: Lovely restored mansion. Spacious room with a huge marble bathroom. Quiet location, not far from downtown restaurants. Coffee provided, although no breakfast served, guests can use the kitchen to make their own breakfast.

Positive: Beautifully restored old mansion. Garden was green and lush. Bathroom and bathtub in my room was divine! Nice plush towels. Thank you for the snacks, nice touch. Easy check in, excellent communication. Just loved the decor and history of this old Mansion. Treat yourself and book! I stayed 4 nights, could have easily stayed longer, just loved it!

Positive: Gorgeous exterior with green grass and beautiful patio area. Don was there to greet us and show us around. The rooms were spacious, nostalgic and done with period furnishings. Guest had access to store food in fridge and freezer down in kitchen. Ice was available for us in a smaller freezer on the second floor.
Negative: It was 97 degrees outside in Pueblo in August. We had three rooms in our suite (sunroom, bedroom and large bathroom). No way will a tiny Hisense window AC ever be able to cool that much space, so it was very warm in our room. The bathroom needs a serious update from top to bottom. Tub jets didn’t work, standing lamp in bedroom had broken bulb in it and couldn’t be used at all (sharp edges), no mattress pad on the mattress (yuck!), sheets were sliding off and completely off the bed by morning (cheap, thin microfiber sheet too) sunroom had no AC (all around glass windows didn’t open) and no curtains to pull to keep the heat out. Natural gas smell in kitchen! Dust and candy wrappers under bed and behind furniture. Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Disappointed with the lack of upkeep inside the mansion.
