Summary: We stayed there in group of 5 people, we had 2 rooms in the main building and an apartment in other house. In the main building it was not possible to sleep during the night because of night parties in the hotel ending at 4.00 morning, when we asked for different room for next night lady in the reception was rude and just said that they do not have any rooms available. Apartment in the next building was just ok, bathroom was not very good there was strange bathbox I even could not use I am 1,95 m tall was not possible to fit into it and get proper shower. It was our first and last time in Osada Sniezka. room for nextnight

Summary: The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay.

Summary: For families with small children I think it must be great, but for a Middle aged couple there was too many kids. Very high standard but the food was not exactly our style. Could recomend for families though!

Summary: We greatly enjoyed a week of hiking in the Sudeten Mountains, combined with visits to historical sites in Lower Silesia. We also appreciated the chance to swim and rest in a whirlpool bath after returning from a strenuous day. The food stores, restaurants and cafes in the area were superb.

Summary: Nice place, very modern but surrounded by other cookie cutter units. Not all that romantic or secluded but a great hotel nontheless.

Summary: This apartment was just brilliant as long as you don't want a city location (perfect for us). Good supermarket is nearby for supplies. The kitchen is a little deficient in that there is no oven or microwave. But the hi-tech shower was amazing. The only real gripe was finding it - make sure you exit Jelenia Gora on highway 367 which the apartment is located 400m off.

Summary: We booked for three nights in this hotel and liked it so much that we extended one night. The facilities were new and the maintenance impeccable. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located right in the center of region, equidistant from Karpacz and the center of Jelenia Gora. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered much variety.
