2 Bedroom Cabin in Young Harris

A floor-to-ceiling stacked rock fireplace in the living room welcomes weary travelers to relax and unwind while enjoying the mountain and meadow views from this quiet cabin in the Northeast Georgia Blue Ridge mountains. Walls of tongue-in-groove knotty pine give warmth to the main rooms, which are accented with maple floors.
Built in 2005, this cabin features two over-sized bedrooms and an extra loft which sleeps two. A full acre of natural woods habitat next to the cabin provides natural privacy to the outdoor hot tub and has been enhanced with native landscaping and feeders to attract lots of birds and butterflies. Deer and wild turkey are often spotted strolling through the property.
Porch and wrap around three sided deck with lots of seating makes kicking back and relaxing easy. Whether you are sitting on the porch, deck, rustic log furniture or in the hot tub with built-in entertainment sound system, the mountains are always in front of you.
The upstairs master suite, adjacent to the loft, has a deluxe king sized bed. The master bath has a jetted tub that overlooks the woods and features a huge walk-in closet.
The main floor bedroom, with a queen size bed, has french doors that overlook the front porch and more mountain views. Sleeping facilities are augmented by a chair-and-a-half twin sleeper in the living room. A futon in the large loft folds down to accommodate children and extra guests.
All stainless steel appliances are featured in the fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors is an easily accessible full hook-up RV pad (50 amp power, city water, sewer & cable TV) adjacent to the cabin, which accommodates up to a 39' rig. A large custom-designed wood burning fire pit on the edge of the property allows you to roast as many marshmallows as you dare enjoy.

Summary: Beautiful property that is well kept and very clean. The fire place was lovely on the cold nights. I just wish we would have planned a longer stay. We will keep this place in mind for our future trips to the area.

Summary: The cabin was very nice. However, they’re chirping smoke detector and fire. Alarm during our whole day was a nuisance. It was very hard to get sleep. Other than that, the place is great.

Summary: The cabin is nestled in a beautiful gated community. It is in a beautiful area of Young Harris. Deer all over the neighborhood. The cabin is cozy and all of the amenities to stay their are top notch! We so enjoyed our stay. Nina is so personable. You really feel like her guest! Beds are so nice and living room furniture is so comfortable. Getting into Blairsville and the surrounding towns were so easy. Its a good feeling to rent a place from good people!! Would highly recommend this! Thank you Nina!!

Summary: We had a great experience in the cabin all you need to bring is your clothes and hygiene products. The fire pit was nice to use at night.

Summary: The cabin and the host were fantastic. I do have a complaint. I fell on the stairs (last one at the bottom) because it is very difficult to see where the stair ends. It is the same identical color as the floor. There needs to be some type of color distinction between them. Also, while the banister is beautiful it is useless. If I could have held into something I would not have fallen. Unless you are a giant, no normal person can hold on to the banister. Very poor design. The banister on the steps outside is the same, way to wide, you cannot grab onto anything on inside or outside stairs. The stairs are to steep and the depth is to narrow (I wear a size 5) because my foot doesn’t even fit on them. If I could I’d show you a picture of my leg, black, yellow blue and a few other colors not to mention the swelling and big time pain. I’m getting x-rays tomorrow morning to see if it’s broken. This happened on my first day in the cabin which pretty much ruined our whole stay. I’ll let you know if it is broken and keep you posted.

Summary: Gas fire place and gas grill. Had separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has jacuzzi tub. Outsize large jacuzzi worked great. We came to see colorful leaves. Trees Arron’s cabin had the leaves changing. Could watch sunset on front porch and the week we was there the moon was straight in front of porch from about 9:30 to 11. We come back sometime.

Summary: The cabin was very nice. We loved that the property was in a gated community. We felt very safe. We love the North Georgia Mountains and my husband and I both agreed it was our best cabin thus far as we come every year to this area. It was close to all the places we enjoy going and will stay here again for sure!
