Osprey’s Landing is a 3000 sq ft executive oceanfront beach house located in the heart of Malpeque Bay. Nestled on a private 2 acre lot, enjoy 180 degree water views and direct access to your own private beach. ‘Kite point’ is considered a kiteboarding paradise!
The customized design features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths over three levels. Two bedrooms on the main level each have a queen bed. Second level has a Queen master and ensuite as well as a second large bedroom with two double beds. The third level loft has two twin trundle beds which can comfortably sleep 4.
This cozy beach house is great for large families (or multiple families), groups of kite boarders or someone looking to sit back and privately enjoy the tranquil views PEI has to offer.
This home is equipped with an outdoor shower for sandy beach days, a large games room in the garage (table tennis, fooseball, putting green, darts, cornhole), 2 kayaks and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the evening.
Centrally located, 20 minutes to Summerside, 30 minutes to Cavendish and 50 minutes to Charlottetown. This cottage is located near many great beaches, golf courses and restaurants.

Summary: Eight adults stayed for the week. The house is gorgeous and right on the beach. Our kiteboarders were able to launch directly from the house. House has great decks, stocked kitchen and open air spaces. We loved the sunny days, sitting in the water in our beach chairs, mountain biking and of course fresh seafood. WE have already booked for next year. Hoping they add a 2nd floor bathroom for a perfect house. Great location and highly recommend.

Summary: Property is beautiful, well maintained, in an absolutely fantastic location on private beach. The ocean beach and kayaks provided days of entertainment. Hosts went out of thwir way to ensure a welcoming and comfortable set-up for us. Easy drive to many sites, beaches, and fabulous restaurants.

Summary: The house the and the views are amazing! It was a great location for quick trips to Cavendish, Charlottetown, and the North of the Island. Also close to some great beaches and restaurants. This house had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family weekend.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of rooms and space for the kids to run around and play. Check in was easy, and Emily was very responsive. Only thing that would have been nice to know was how bad the mosquitos would be at the property. Our kids couldn't enjoy the outside property/beach because they would be carried away by mosquitos. No fix, but a good to know for next time! Otherwise, it was an amazing getaway place and beautiful, clean and spacious property! We had a great time here.

Summary: We gathered 12 family members from across Canada and Germany for a week’s stay on late summer and our stay was fantastic. The house was exactly as described and had absolutely everything we needed. And the view was exceptional. The loft room for three kids was a great way of them to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and was a great space for large family meals. Although we had to battle mosquitoes, the deck space is gorgeous and being able to kayak off the beach right out front was great. The location is great with great seafood, beaches and even a little breakfast cafe within 10 minutes (just have to navigate the sometimes rough dirt road!). The central location made it easy to plan day trips to almost every part of the island. What a great way to bond with family and explore beautiful PEI!

Summary: Our extended family of 6 + 2 had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Lots of space inside and out. The weather was overcast and rainy for much of our stay, but we really enjoyed the fireplace which made it very cozy.
