At Broad Bay on Ossipee lake, just across from the spindle point sandbar. Home was just built in 2018, with 4 Bdr, 4 Bth. Top floor has three bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one and one with king. The king bed is in a loft style bdrm with a balcony looking down into the living room and large windows with great views. Another bedroom on the first floor has one full size bed. Walk out from the living room onto the large deck with westward views, great spot for sunset drinks. Walkout finished basement overlooks the sandbar with a game room pool table, large screen tv's, big sectional couch, a bar and kitchenette, and an additional bathroom. This home can easily host three couples or a large family. The home is set 52 steps above the lake with nice views, 80' of water frontage and a dock. The dock can accommodate boats up to 25'. Lakefront Landing Marina is located just down the street and offers boat rentals, a gas dock and boat launch with parking, and a convenience store that has everything needed for a great day of boating on Lake Ossipee. We also have 2 Kayaks for paddling around and exploring the coves close by. Boyle's Family Store is a one mile walk or bike ride along quiet Broad Bay Rd and Leavitt Rd,'s and Abbotts Staples General Store is across the street from there on Rt 25.

Summary: Brian was a great host of his awesome lake house. The home is in the perfect location if you are going to have a boat for the week. Right across from the sand bar and a short ride to both sides of the lake. It made it very easy to pop in and out of the house to grab stuff and head back out onto the lake. Nothing bad to say about the whole experience.

Summary: Brian is an awesome host. He meets you at arrival and thoughtfully walks you thru the house and property. He is very responsive to questions. This is our second time staying at The Bays. It is a great location on the lake. The lake house is new with a great layout, very private and specular views. Also the beach is very kid as well adult friendly.

Summary: Our family has been vacationing at Ossipee Lake for many years. Brian’s house was one of the best we have stayed at. We were greeted by Brian and his wife when we arrived with a thorough tour of the house. The location, directly across from the Broad Bay Sandbar, was ideal - a short ride through the channel to Big Ossipee, and right on Broad Bay for tubing the kids, and cruises. The Beach is the perfect place to play games, have a fire or take a swim. Our favorite area in the house was the bar area in the basement. We spent many nights playing card games around the bar or watching movies in the tv area. Don’t let the stairs intimidate you, Brian’s golf cart made transporting coolers, grandparents and accessories to the beach easy. The dock has ample space for a boat and two jetskis. Our friends even were able to bring their boat over for a visit during the week. We had a perfect trip thanks to Brian’s home.

Summary: This is a great place to stay for the entire family. We had children, parents and grandparents staying here and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Lots of amenities ranging from linens inside to wood for the fire pit outside. Brian even provided an electric golf cart to help with older (or younger) guests avoid the stairs or to just simply get the cooler down to the beach and the dock a little easier. Communication with Brian was extremely easy and timely. He answered all of our questions, was very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Summary: Brian is an outstanding host. He is very personable making us feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. He met us in person, gave a very thorough tour of the house answering all our questions. Everything is as advertised and more. The house is right on the lake with a very kid friendly beach, and a family oriented fire pit. The dock is very large and can easily accommodate a large boat. Fishing from the dock was the highlight of my grandchildren's vacation. The best part was the lake house. The outstanding layout that Brian personally designed. Our favorite was the master loft suit with its own private deck. The loft, living area, large wrap around deck and lower family play area all share a spectacular view of Ossipee lake. We loved Brian's home, location and hosting (all 5 stars). Currently we are in process of renting the Bay's for next year. Thank you Brian for arranging a very wonderful week. Summary: The homeowners were very communicative and friendly. They house offered everything we needed and the basement bar room was a great setup. take note of the stairs before you go as they could be tough for some, but the golf cart offered was a nice asset. We parked 3 cars without a problem; more than 3 may require some shuffling. All in all, a great spot and lovely homeowners!

Summary: Brian’s property was great! We had extended family ranging from 1-80 with us. While we were worried about the steps, the golf cart made it easy. The sandy beach was the perfect spot to relax and for the kids to play. The home was spotless and well equipped. We could all easily spread out. We definitely would return!

Summary: We had a really nice time by the bay. It is perfectly situated close to the Sandbar hangout and a quick motor over to the big Lake. The house was perfect for our extended family of kids, teens and adults. Brian the owner is friendly, accommodating and easy to reach.

Summary: Brian's home is in a stunningly beautiful location. We especially enjoyed the Fall colors! The easy access to the lake was awesome for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. I think the paddle boat needs some repair, but still provided an adventure-we needed an oar to help us. ;) The home was well stocked and comfortable. I do think it's worth saying that the entire driveway area is sand-not gravel or paved. We have a mini-van and spun out at one point and almost got stuck. The bottom of the driveway is harder packed and then you'd need to lug your gear and luggage up. Probably not an issue for trucks and large SUVs, but could be an issue for others. Overall, we had a great time!
