A beautiful Waterfront cottage on Ossipee Lake. 100' of private beach and dock (accommodates up to 20 ft boat). Wake up to expansive lake and mountain views. Sunsets are breathtaking! Large screened in porch just steps from water includes large dining table, and seating area (you won't want to leave!). The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and bunk bedroom with a full & twin), 1 bath indoors and a new outdoor shower, and combination kitchen/family room for socializing. Dining area seats 6 comfortably with full water views. You can swim, fish, boat, kayak, (3 provided), canoe & paddles (provided) or just relax, and enjoy the view right in front you. Won't disappoint!
Available for all the NH Lakes Region and White Mountains have to offer~ Hiking, biking, boating, fishing, swimming, shopping and more. 40 minutes to North Conway for outlet shopping, restaurants, activities and family attractions; including Cranmore Adventure Park, Attitash, Storyland, Santa's Village, etc. and 20 minutes to the charming town of Wolfeboro, NH or Cornish, ME.

Summary: It is an excellent location on the bay with views of the water and mountains. The house is right on the water and the screened in porch was a perfect place to relax and soak in the view. The house is small, yet comfortable and cozy with a gas fireplace. Cindy was super nice and helpful. An "A' for sure!

Summary: This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as amazing as our first visit. Could not ask for a more lovely spot to unwind with the family. Beautiful views, swimming, watching the loons, sitting on the incredible screened in porch, we barely left the property (although there is a lot to do nearby if you are so inclined). Cindy was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great host, great place.

Summary: My family and I had an amazing time at this lake house. It was comfortable and had everything we could needed, and we always got a quick response from the host when we had a question. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right outside the house. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and having a fire outside in the evenings. Even when it rained, we were able to have just as much fun on the big deck, playing games and enjoying the beautiful views. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience and we can't wait to go back again.

Summary: Had everything we needed including 3 kayaks, pool floats to lounge in the lake, and steps to the lake to cool off from the sun. The only thing was that it lists 2 full baths, which is what I filtered on, but it actually only has 1 full and an outdoor shower. I must've missed the heading that says there is only 1 bath. Other than that though, it was a great stay!

Summary: Lovely spot right on Broad Bay with a huge screened porch. kayaks, chairs and dock were all available. Screened porch is perfect place to relax, read, and eat meals. Bedrooms are small as is bathroom but all essentials available. Outdoor shower a plus!

Summary: This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and can’t wait for our third. This place is amazing with water access just steps out the door. My two daughters loved it here. The screened in porch makes any day enjoyable, rain, clouds, or sun!!!!! It was also extremely clean and the outdoor shower was the best.

Summary: Yes, We now know how this adorable cottage must be like in the fall! Visiting on Father's Day weekend the weather was very fall like, but we were warm, comfy and cozy inside while the gas fireplace burned, radio played and our family played many fun board games all while looking out an amazing view of Ossipee lake. We grilled on the gas fireplace, slept in comfortable beds and my husband actually tried to catch some fish on the dock outside the door. We had everything we needed in this very clean cottage and made some wonderful memories. The sun was out on Monday in our rear view mirror and we made a promise to ourselves to come back. My husband enjoyed his Father's Day and kept wishing the cottage was ours!! Thank you Cindy for sharing!
