Summary: Staff was great Ricardo was super helpful with everything and their shuttle service was very good. Only issue was upon checkout the new person working at the front desk was pretty rude and insisted on charging us more than we agreed upon for the shuttle we needed to take to the metro. Would have given 5 stars if not for that gentleman

Summary: There's only one restaurant behind the hotel. That it's really good to eat but not many choices. You may have to take the bus in town because there's no sidewalks to walk. Bus is about a $1.50. Euros, beautiful little town with a castle in the middle to visit. BUS is approximately about 10 minutes? On a bus, if you walk, there's no sidewalks, it will take you half hour. THE HOTEL WAS REALLY NICE. NICE POOL, FRIENDLY. PEOPLE GOT A BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. NOTHING BAD ABOUT THE HOTEL

Summary: A little disappointed that the spa and hot tub were not open during our stay. I’m not sure if they are completely closed or if they were closed for the holiday, but I was looking forward to that after 9 days of travel! Otherwise, a nice and clean hotel not far from the airport.

Summary: Ostia Antica Park Hotel is our favorite place to stay when we come to Rome, we usually stay here at least two times a year. This Hotel is comfortable, clean and close to the airport, it is perfect for us because it’s few steps away from my parent’s home. If I could give an advice to the Hotel I would say just to refresh some details, anyway I love this place.
