Summary: We arrived at the hotel and realized that we were not registered at all!!! Luckily, there was a free room in the hotel but we paid 25% more than the price we were set!! We are asking for a refund!!

Summary: The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and copious! We got a smoking room and you could feel that but maybe they have non-smoking ones, I don’t know. WiFi was slow.

Summary: We arrived late and left early, but we had a very restful sleep. The staff was very nice and made sure that we were comfortable. Hotel is very central and an easy walk down to the lake.
