Positive: I booked a two-night stay for my mother, who was traveling alone and does not speak Turkish. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The entire team was professional and kind, but I want to give a special thanks to the manager, Gokhan Tugran. Gokhan was truly an angel—he made the check-in process completely hassle-free so my mother could head straight to her room to rest after her journey. He and the staff handled all of her luggage with care, and his English communication was excellent, which made everything so much easier. He even went above and beyond by arranging her airport taxi and texting me personally to confirm she had checked out safely and was on her way. The hotel itself was spotless, well-equipped, and served a fantastic breakfast. It’s located in a wonderful part of town, making it feel very safe and convenient. I am so grateful for the care they showed my mother. Highly recommended!
