Positive: Veryy comfortable stay . Handy location for cathedral , central market and Turia Gardens. Good base for walking to other districts like Benimaclet and Ayora Park. Enjoyed local street markets including Russafa on a Monday .

Negative: Nothing springs to mind .

Positive: We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. We had the room on the ground floor and it was actually a room for people in a wheelchair or something like that. The room was very big and de bathroom spacious. Good shower! The bed were also big and we had acces to a little patio (which were sharable with the other room on the ground floor) We didn't use the patio, I think it would have be nice if there was a little bench or something to chill. The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff was really helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Welll... If we must really say something. The tv displayed that we could watch Netflix. But that wasn't possible. We couldn't connect the tv.

Summary: Great! Would stay here again

Positive: Location is superb. Accommodation very comfortable and clean. Biggest bed we'd ever seen. Room serviced each day.

Negative: We encountered a couple or problems to which the staff didn't respond or provide a fix. First, the hot water. We had hot water the evening we arrived and next morning but thereafter the water just continued to lose temperature. By the third morning showers were very brief as the water was barely warm. I reported this using the WhatsApp no we'd been communicating with and also with the lady on reception, to whom we demonstrated the water temp. There was no response and that evening nothing had changed. I messaged the out of hours no but got no reply. I called the number and spoke to a lady who said someone would call me back. At this time I also reported the second problem; a continuous beeping alarm outside the room that would have prevented sleep. No call back or message was received. I managed to get to the cabinet where the alarm was coming from and cancel it. We left the next morning after cold showers; still no message was received until we'd been back a few days when the only message I got was 'Sorry for the inconvenience', with no further explanation. Not what I would call a heartfelt apology. I'd recommend the place for its location and the quality of accommodation and perhaps we were just unlucky, but the total lack of support and help was very disappointing and took the gloss off our stay.
