Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here during the Rod Run weekend, not right in town but easy to get to wherever we needed to go. The home was private and close to the beach. We had a couple visiting deer that walked right into the yard while we were sitting there at night. The home is on the smaller side, but definitely cozy and just right for us. The owners were quick with their responses when we thought we broke something, which we were so thankful for.

Positive: Owners were very quick to respond to any issues. The beds were comfortable and the location of the cottage was very quiet with a lot of privacy. It was only about a 10 min walk to the beach. Also only a few minutes drive to Leadbetter Park on the north tip and to Long Beach itself.

Negative: The cottage was a bit smaller than the photos. It was adequate but from the photos it felt bigger. I would suggest that the owners get a larger fridge. For anyone staying for just 3 or 4 days the fridge is fine but for something longer it's a bit small. Not a huge biggie. We prefer to shop at Costco and bring our own food so this is a personal preference. There is ample cupboard space, so cutting down on cupboard space wouldn't be an issue.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Owners quick to respond to any issues. Location has lots of privacy.
