Summary: Plenty of seating in living and dining space. A quiet neighborhood that’s quick to head to LBI. Overall, the house was very clean- just some deep cleaning of rugs and walls could be beneficial. The AC wall unit in the living space does make the bedrooms hotter, especially if sleeping with the doors closed. There was one fan, but I was glad I brought one of my own as well. Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms could also be a great addition. We enjoyed this space, its amenities and its decor. I would certainly rent it again!

Summary: Cute spot. Clean and cozy. Perfect for my family of 4. My two sons had a great time playing in the yard which was mostly why I booked this property. My youngest is only 1 so we knew we wouldn’t be out late. It was nice to have dinner outside by the water. We brought our outdoor projector and did movie nights under the stars. Great spot if you are looking to take it easy and aren’t looking to spend a ton of time on the main island. Surf City beach was like 20 min away (we went mid week, no traffic). The adventure park at the Holiday Inn was a good close alternative to Fantasy Island. Nice restaurant, ziplines, go carts and an arcade. Mike was easy to get in touch with. We had no issues with our stay other than the bedrooms do get a little warm at night since there is only one large AC Unit towards the front of the house. Nothing major! Would book again.

Summary: Perfect spot for us, close to golf and a lot of good spots for drinks/food/breakfast spots. Very comfortable housing, well decorated. Great for sitting outside and talking at night

Summary: The house was great, very clean and 'beach house' decor was perfect. The owner was very quick to assist with one issue that got resolved within a reasonable amount of time.

Summary: We were incredibly surprised by the cleanliness of this place! It is very obvious that the owners are meticulous in their cleaning efforts and this made our trip so much more relaxing. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the back yard/water is such a nice place to to sit and read, eat,or just breathe in the fresh salty air. The owners were accommodating and prompt in their communication. We look forward to staying again!

Summary: Easy access to LBI, clean, perfect beach house for the 4 of us. Very thankful for little extras they provided for us!! Paper towels, napkins, toilet paper. Backyard was awesome and very relaxing. Owner was very quick to answer questions. We will be back 😉
