Positive: Great secure parking for our motorbike. All the facilities we needed Great shower Nice space Lovely garden Beds in the bedroom off the living room were really comfy Nice big towels Lovely location for exploring the countryside Nice friendly little cafe just across the road Homely feel

Negative: One of the sofas was a little tired and uncomfortable and one bed was wobbly - but there were others to chose from so didn’t affect us.

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. It was relatively easy to find. It has an enclosed garden area and although we did not bring our dogs they do allow pets!

Negative: Sem problemas. The village is isolated but that's the whole point. :) It can also get quite cold at night but that goes hand in and with a stone walled property. In summer I imagine it would be a delight. The beds were comfy enough for us but if you prefer a softer mattress you may struggle.

Summary: A very traditional stay in Martinhanes.

Positive: A cozy and pretty house in the peace of the countryside. Communication with the host was smooth and there were pastries and wine left on the table for us, and the dogs had their own beds :)

Negative: We stayed at the turn of the year and the house was cold because there was no heating. There was only one small electric fireplace.The cold was the only minus, otherwise we would have loved it very much and it is certainly a wonderful accommodation in the warmer season.

Positive: Great location, really very nice and helpful staff. I had a problem with my motorcycle and they saved my trip!

Negative: No heating/AC so it was very cold during the night.
