Positive: Comunicación was good. They call me to see if I was arriving after 11:00 PM as different check in process will be used. When in a hurry, they served breakfast super quick. Staff was friendly and recommended Mittal hot springs which was super close and an excellent recommendation. The hotel has beautiful views and seems very calm. You feel like you are in a lodge in the middle of nature
Negative: What I didn’t liked is that the hotel is too far from Jasper, 40 minutes! It was far for every activity we did. I also felt the room was small. The beds were full and for my girls sharing the bed a tiny small. There was no place to keep luggage’s open or dresser to put your clothes. Pretty much had to open the bag on top of the bed every day. I also felt the room had a weird smell and was way too hot, even leaving windows open during the day
