Positive: No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed. Hot water arrives promptly at shower; ample flow from shower head. Good lighting, for the most part, but see below. No problems with noise.
Negative: —Drain on sink didn't work properly. I notified the desk clerk when I left, so this may have been fixed. —Getting the door to latch can require a hard push or a sharp tug, making a slamming noise that might bother other guests. I notified the clerk about this, as well. —No in-room coffee. —Bathroom lightswitch is outside the bathroom, which would be a nuisance with two or more people in the room: if one person gets up to use the toilet in the night, the light might bother the other.
Summary: Not a bad place, though a little run down; I wouldn't mind staying here again

Positive: Not a lot of options in rural NE so tried out this hotel. It was right on main street and next to a Pizza Hut and McDonalds as well as a Runza, so great food options close by. Check in staff was friendly, room was spacious - we had the king bed.
Negative: Each time we needed assistance from the front desk - check in, help with room, breakfast - there was no one at the desk, only a ring camera. The wait was 5-10 minutes, not terrible but not very customer service oriented. Desk area was very cluttered - gentleman stated they were in the process of new management. Breakfast was less than stellar for options so went elsewhere. Bed was very soft and only two pillows. Bathroom towels were small and super thin. Vending machine was empty with a sign "available for purchase at front desk"; Ice vending machine was broken with an ice machine next to it - had scoop on dusty top of machine.
Summary: Will be going back to other hotel in town

Negative: I thought it was advertising that there was breakfast. And most facilities we stay at have a continental breakfast. So I was disappointed when we went down and all there was was cold cereal.

Positive: The breakfast wasn't good. They only had cereal and donuts and muffins. The coffee was horrible. There was only coffee in the room for one cup.
Negative: The had a waffle maker on the counter, but no waffle mix to make them.

Positive: Breakfast was lacking. There weren’t any hot items like eggs, sausage. There were about five slices of bread, five mini donuts and one mini muffin. Coffee wasn’t hot, but the microwave solved that. We had a yogurt and a piece of toast with butter. No eggs or peanut butter offered, or waffles/pancakes. Or juice. There were some fruit cups, but no fresh fruit. Cold cereal was pretty much empty. We managed to, but it could have been better. Everything was clean, and that was great!
Negative: Breakfast options.
Summary: It was clean and tidy. Adequate, especially for the price. Staff was very accommodating for the room
