Summary: The hotel was old but comfortable. The view was beautiful from the balcony. You can hear others talking through the walls and on the balcony. Someone set off a fire alarm at 2:30am. There was no lock on the sliding door going to the balcony. Was nice to have breakfast brought to the room. Food was good and had a lot of choices.

Summary: Loved the room and the view as always. Breakfast dine-in area was beautiful and the food and service overall very good. I liked the look of the lit-up hotel sign and freshly painted parking area and exterior. Have come here multiple times while in town for family visits. Coming back!

Summary: Bed was uneven - one side too low and other too high! Tried both sides and ultimately didn't sleep well because of it. My room door didn’t fully shut. The only reason I stayed in the room was because it had a deadbolt. Felt worried all night. Towels were thin and itchy. The toilet paper was also rough. Upon checkout no one asked how I enjoyed my stay. Disappointing night.

Summary: The hotel has been remodeled and it is lovely! The staff is fantastic, accommodating and welcoming. They are excited about the remodel and guest perks. I especially enjoyed the complementary Breakfast in Bed option! Lovely stay. I will return again.

Summary: Kate, at the front desk, was amazing! She made our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the beds were worn out and sagging on one side. The view was nice.

Summary: Unfortunately the hotel looked to be under construction and had debris and worker trucks blocking entrances to the building. The room did not have ANY toiletries including soap or additional toilet paper. The room itself was pretty beat up with soap scum on the shower wall. The shower/tub appeared to have caulking all over as well as if not maintained at all. Over all felt kinda dirty being there.

Summary: Wasn’t so sure about it when we pulled up. Hotel is old however….. the rooms are brand new! New carpet, paint and bedding. Best nights sleep I have had at a hotel. Would do it again!

Summary: I was charged an additional deposit and then another unexplained charge after checking out. My reservation was confused with someone else's. They thought I had a service animal and wheelchair access.
