This is the RETREAT Trifecta with Mountains, Water and Tranquility. RETREAT FROM all that’s hustle and bustle TO all that makes life beautiful. Gather with friends or family to breathe in the fresh Ozark Mountain air and take in its cascading beauty from the 1,000 square foot 360 degree wrap around porch.
Our brand new gorgeous 5 bed 4 bath 2400 square foot home is perched above Lake Norfork with 11 plus acres that blend into seemingly endless views. Our home is less than 5 miles from Quarry Marina, Quarry Park, and the City of Norfork with restaurants and access to the White River.
This home has it all. Newly built and newly furnished, it has much to be enjoyed inside and out. The focus of the house is the gorgeous mountains and lake with large windows and loads of natural light. Echoing this focus, the Great Room with a brand new kitchen, is bonused by an extra extra long dining table, two cozy sitting nooks and gas logs for the colder months. Also on the ground level with the Master Bedroom are two additional queen bedrooms adorned with sunlight and gorgeous views.
A large screen TV, luxurious leather couches and the fireplace make the downstairs living area perfect for the days you just want to 'hang.' The open concept of the basement includes a sizable bar and food prep kitchen with a refrigerator. This is the perfect space to enjoy spreading out while never but a step or two away from the mountain views. Also downstairs are the washer, dryer and the bunk room.
To further spread out, our top floor is perfectly isolated for additional privacy. It has its own outside entrance and balcony to the great room. This suite also has its own private outside balcony and outside porch perfectly suited for the Ozark’s stunning sunsets and the echoes of the neighborhood’s owls and eagles.
This neighborhood is spread out, quiet and respectful. With your booking we ask you to be likewise. We love our neighborhood and love our neighbors, so in respect of this, we do not invite or allow large parties or late night outside disruptive conduct. A hike around the neighborhood can be somewhat vigorous with the hills, but it’s a perfect way to start your morning. This area, like much of Arkansas, is laced with hiking trails and biking trails and the perfect way to revive the soul while doing what you love. If the Lake is your jam, Quarry Park is 3.5 miles and a lovely spot for paddle boarding or swimming. We’ve got a book of suggested trails and links for recreational information to make the most of your time in the Ozarks.

Summary: The house was perfect. Sleeping arrangements were good. Boys slept downstairs, our daughter and son-in-law had a queen room and our the other daughter had the other queen room. Our son, his wife, and the 2 little girls slept in the K room. My husband and I had the upstairs twin bedroom. We loved the gray chairs for the outdoor views on the back porch area. We saw a few deer. It was a good place to relax and visit. When we arrived at the house, there were some very tiny ants on the back part of the kitchen counters. My husband ran to a store and got the little containers that attract ants and kill them if they go in. He also got some ant spray. I left it under the sink for any future problem. They disappeared after that until we spotted a little food on floor by door but sprayed them and cleaned it up. We did not see anymore. Had a great time!! It was a beautiful house and area. Great memories!! We have some friends that might rent it in the fall!!

Summary: We are a group of seven travelers who met here based on finding a location that was somewhat equidistant for our group traveling from Minnesota, Texas, and Kentucky. The owners were amazing, accommodating, and the cabin is exactly what was described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again on another future trip. And an added bonus is the hospitality and friendliness of the neighbors.

Summary: We came to the property for the solar eclipse. Its views were marvelous. I enjoyed waking up for the sunrise especially. The house was perfect for our group and was spacious such that it never felt cramped despite having 10 people. I appreciated the location as you could get to some essentials within 15 minutes and then venture out to nearby attractions.

Summary: We loved staying at this house! All the beautiful views were breathtaking! The owner was incredibly quick to reply to any questions I sent her. The house was spotless and perfect for us.
