Positive: Huge room! It was a 2 bedroom family room. They are renovating. I would definitely stay here again once they are done. For 1 night, it was fine.

Negative: Not a single utensil in the gorgeous kitchen. Not a glass a plate a fork, nothing!

Negative: The hotel is being renovated and was partially not accessible (restaurant, bar). In general it was a bit run down, f.i. the ventilator in the bathroom extremely laud. Too much stink of cigarettes. The promised parking lot was taken by guests of the wedding-party which was happening in the basement.

Positive: Although repairs were being undertaken staf were poilte professional and helpful the helped locate a local place for a traditional breakfast which the themselves use the call them to say friends/guests are coming to treat them as faimly as there was no breakfast to to upgrading of hotel as it was December and slow part of season there were still a reasonable number of guests tea coffee were available and were complementary very satisfied overall will return again

Positive: The room was wide and the view was good, the location is great with free parking and nice staff, the beds were comfortable

Negative: There was no activities in the hotel other than the open bar and breakfast, no gym, the gym was under construction as they said. I would definitely go back

Positive: The hotel rooms were large with good storage. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. The location wasn’t too bad, near the tram line and near a large shopping centre with a food court. They provided free water and a plate of fruit on arrival which was lovely. There is parking available and easy to access. The wifi worked well.

Negative: The air conditioning was run by the hotel, they controlled turning it on and the temperature, you’re not able to access it. Ours kept turning off every 4 hours and so we had to keep going to down to reception to turn it back on. The staff at reception when we arrived weren’t very friendly and didn’t give us any details at checkin including wifi password or breakfast time/location. The hotel room seemed rundown with bad finishes in the bathroom and the furniture. I think if the hotel changed the policy on the air conditioning and the staff were friendlier I’d recommend staying.
