Positive: We really enjoyed the rural quiet and wildlife. It was great to cook for ourselves and have somewhere pleasant to hang out as a family

Negative: We were disappointed by two things: the false claim there are two twin beds. They are not full length but come up several inches short so our teenagers did not fit on them. We didn’t have enough beds for our group as a result. Also based on the listing language we were led to believe there was a hot tub. Definitely is nothing like that on this property.

Summary: Wee enjoyed our rural retreat and made the most of it

Positive: It is a comfortable house with everything you need.

Negative: It is quite isolated,. We booked the house because we thought you could do nice walks in the area. Unfortunately you can only walk in the yard on along the entrance road. We booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night. Wifi is quite slow.

Positive: Secluded, beautiful views. Quiet and serene.

Negative: All the dishes had a film that we had to wash before use. Master bath faucets are extremely dated, lack of aerator on both sinks has water spraying everywhere. Kitchen faucet did not operate as expected. No water line installed for the refrigerator.

Summary: Great value, overall. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is in a very private location The kitchen was high end and had everything we needed. The main living area had a large TV and fairly comfortable couch. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. There are a lot of games, books and puzzles available. The views are lovely and there are a lot of flowering shrubs on the property. This property is a great value.

Positive: We enjoyed the solitude of the location, and it's conveniently only a few minutes from the beach. The kitchen was great by having every appliance we needed to make meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the heater worked great.

Negative: We were disappointed by the large cleaning fee being close to the same price as the two-night stay, as we often clean up after ourselves. I can understand that some people may leave large messes, but I would have liked to see a portion of the cleaning fee being refundable for the guests that don't. There was also an ant problem on the main, kitchen counter area that was clearly visible upon entering the first time. I feel that both of the negative aspects I stated are easily corrected, and by no means a deterrent from visiting.

Summary: We enjoyed our two nights, and thought the area was very pretty and serene.
