Positive: I want to tell you our story because it's the service that makes the difference. When we arrived, we discovered one of the beds was broken, but the previous guests hid this problem to the host. We contacted her, and she immediately came to understand the situation and find a solution. She was very kind with us, supportive, and compensated us for the troubles with local, much appreciated cider.

Negative: It's simple and not super comfortable because of the small stairs to get into the apartment with lagguage. The kitchen was not fully equipped since the dishwashing machine is missing. The owner didn't check the fact the kitchen was not in order when we arrived.

Summary: We had some troubles, but the host was very supportive to find a good solution.
