Summary: Room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. No lamps or kleenex. Minimalist.

Summary: Clean and very nice employees. But why no table lamps? You either have bright overhead light in room or nothing. Neither phone or tv remote worked properly. Requested a couple additional pillows as they were really flat kind. Could only find one to give us. We come this direction several times a year when cruising out of Galveston. It was very clean but probably will not stay here again

Summary: Checking in was fine—the staff didn’t say much, but that’s fine. When we got to our room on the second floor (no elevator), we realized we were literally thee only car in the parking lot. That was odd. We then went into the room and were hit with an intense musty odor. The top blanket and sheets were stained and had hair all over, and the pillows were super thin. The bathroom also had hairs on the floor as well as what appeared to be urine stains around the toilet that weren’t cleaned. The toilet paper holder was literally hanging from the wall. We sat on the bed long enough to look up other hotels in the area. We ended up checking out the same day and spending the rest of our stay elsewhere.
