Positive: A lovely place to stay, right up on top of the hill near the restaurants, viewpoints and start of the hiking trails. Our bathroom was outside of the room, but this was fine. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Positive: Good location if you don't want to climb all the Inca stairs at once when arriving to Isla del Sol, but note that you have to climb them every single time to go to the village.

Negative: We were supposed to have a 2 bed bedroom, ended up having a double bed because the room was not ready (downgrade compared to what we had paid but we realised later). The water tap broke during our stay so we couldn't use it on the second day. Shower was not really warm but assumed it is the same everywhere.

Positive: Lovely, friendly owners. Beautiful location with lake view. Incredibly comfortable bed and the room was really clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but delicious and plentiful with bread, eggs, coffee, juice etc. Only negative is that my shower was a little cold in the evening but I think hot water is limited on the island so I didn’t mind.
