Positive: Everything. Perfect place to stay when visiting Marrakesh for some peace and quiet after a few crazy days. Only 15/20mins away. Taxis close by. Especially the King pool room suite. Soo relaxing. Wish we stayed longer.

Negative: We booked the King pool room suite for 2 nights but they double booked us so only had it for one night. They did give us our meal but not drinks which did not come to the same amount. There was around €25 difference. Only one main meal was provided instead of 2 as lost in translation due to only French speaking staff.

Positive: It was a lovely slice of peaceful tranquility and hospitality. I greatly enjoyed lounging by the pool in the sun. Was able to read with zero noise pollution. My room was always kept very clean and the bed would be made up everyday.

Negative: Perhaps because I'm American, and used to more selection. I found myself missing and craving a greater variety of menu items. They offered delicious chicken, duck, lamb, fish, and spaghetti options. But steak options would have been phenomenal.

Summary: My favorite part of my entire two weeks visiting Morocco.

Positive: We had an excellent stay here! From the moment we arrived, Soso welcomed us as if we were coming into her own home. Even though she speaks French and we didn’t, we communicated easily via Google Translate and felt so taken care of. A highlight was when we arrived late one evening; Soso personally warmed up dinner and brought it to our room—that level of care is rare! Soso was always on hand to help with our requests and really was the highlight of our stay! The property itself is beautifully decorated and feels like a tranquil palace. We also want to shout out Philippe, who was always on hand to drive us back and forth to the center. He was super reliable, on time, and made us feel very safe, especially when returning late at night.

Positive: Palais Farah had large, airy rooms overlooking the gardens. The staff were excellent especially Yusuf & Amin. The guest relations executive Sou Sou was very helpful. The breakfast spread was well prepared and tasty.

Negative: The availability of taxis was poor as Palais Farah is not centrally located.
