Positive: very very efficient staff...were ready with the locations of attaractions in medina..guided us very well...even before coming they were in touch with us about arrival time etc...on top of everything...Ahmed...Anas and Abdul....exceptionally good

Negative: the massage place that was offered was in a very good Riad but not kept well...but it was not in this Riad.

Traveling with a child can sometimes be challenging, but this riad is incredibly family-friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed for our little one and treated us like family throughout our stay. The breakfasts were an absolute highlight! Freshly prepared every morning, we were spoiled with a variety of delicious Moroccan dishes that set the tone for our day. Positive: Youness hosted us very well. Breakfast was ok. Employees are very attentionnated, hostful, kind and respectful !

Negative: The attitude of one of the manager, he did not even answered to our "hello" in the morning. The whole hotel was stinky this time and not very clean. Beds hadn't been well cleaned. I guess manager manaces employees about any bad comment because I have been spamed to leave a good evaluation via whatsapp.... (manager's pression I guess ? ) Not luxury or 5* at all...

Positive: This was a beautiful place. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean. It is located very close to one of the entrances which is very convenient. Breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff was very accommodating to anything we wanted. We needed some clothes washed and the staff was amazing about it, they even washed something for us the last night after hours, ultra kind people! Washing out clothes was very affordable, which was very nice. Both Abdul and Mounaimeame absolutely amazing!!!! So kind, so respectful so accommodating, so helpful, doing everything with a smile. Mounaime even walked with us at 3 am to the entrance so we would not get lost when it was time to leave for the airport!! Thank you so very much Mounaime and Abdul, you are wonderful human beings and this riad is lucky to have you working there and we were lucky to get to know you!! Abdul recommended an extraordinary guide, who picked us up in his van and took us to various places, we would hire him again without a doubt!! His name was Muhammad. He speaks perfect English and Spanish aside from Arabic and is very knowledgeable in history. Do not try to go around by yourself in the Medina in Fes, you would most probably get lost. Plus if you go for 2-3 days like we did, you are in much better shape with a guide like Muhammad, you will take much better use of your time and will not suffer getting lost, like some ladies we met who had not had a guide and did not have a very enjoyable experience, specially at night.

Positive: Fantastic service catering to all our needs and requests, thank you! The building and the room looked great, very nice atmosphere.

Negative: Location is a bit on the edge of the medina so its a bit of a walk to get to the centre but the advantage is that its a bit quieter around and easier when taking a taxi, etc.
